Taking a consumer first approach, I assess areas to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through Customer(CX)/ User Experience (UX) methodologies. Whilst aligning those experiences with business opportunities that aim to maximize revenue and market growth while minimizing costs. Being the convergent voice of both customer and business needs, I am positioned to be the cross-functional guiding force for the entire life-cycle of a product, responsible for establishing product direction, evolution, and on-going optimization

Anthony has great knowledge of web technology which has helped him be an excellent Product Manager. He has the dedication to help make a product successful and continuously works 110% to understand how a product can work within different technological environments. Anthony listens and make sound decisions around products. He works great with all technical/business teams and accepts everyone's ideas as a possible product enhancement. Being a great listener helps him to achieve multiple view points, but he also has the strength to push back on ideas that are not the correct direction of the product.
